New Patients at Niiidental Studio

Welcome to Niiidental Studio! For your convenience, our office is all electronic. There are iPads to sign in, or we can email the information to you, so you can complete everything before your appointment to save time.

Efficiency is important to us. Unlike other offices, we don’t penalize you if you come in early or are a few minutes late. Most patients are seen within 10 minutes of arrival. Everyone’s time is valuable, and we respect that. During your short wait, please enjoy watching TV or reading a book or magazine.

Arriving at the Practice

When you come for your visit, our front desk will greet you with a smile. If your paperwork is in order, you’ll take a seat for a brief wait. Then one of our assistants will take you back for X-rays before you meet Dr. Kim. Please allow 15 minutes for the initial consult.

After you’re done, Dr. Kim will go over the X-rays with you, pointing out what he’s found and what the next steps will be. We’re always upfront, discussing everything before your teeth are ever touched. The object is for you to feel comfortable at all times with what we’re doing.

Moving Forward

Once you’re ready to proceed, Dr. Kim will send you to the hygienist for a cleaning. If a deeper cleaning is necessary, he will include that in the overall plan. Every patient is unique, so we treat you that way. Your care plan is designed to address your dental needs in the most efficient way possible, and ensure your comfort.

Dr. Kim will review the plan with you, going through each step and what that entails. He doesn’t want his patients scared of him or anything he might do, so he takes the time to make sure you’re okay with everything.

Financial Responsibilities

At Niiidental Studio, we work with most dental insurance providers. We accept most Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) plans, no DMOs or HMOs, and are now accepting Medicare. We also offer CareCredit® for your convenience. Make sure you ask about our cash membership and other offers. We want it to be easy to afford needed dental care.
